Like it never even happened.

We can not express how professional, quick to respond, and dedicated to "stay on schedule" SERVPRO of Spencer and Iowa Great Lakes were. Our Hotel was ready to close for the season and wrap up a wonderful year, unfortunately, we experienced a main water break in our lower laundry area and our Executive Suite. It was devastating, Had it not been for SERVPRO and their excellent team, we would not have had such a bad situation, turn into a positive experience. They worked dilliengently to get our establishment back into tip top shape. They met all our deadlines and went above and beyond to make sure we were ready for business, prior to our opening season. We can not thank SERVPRO enough for all of their hard work!
