Mold Growth Leads to Total Demolition

An area homeowner called SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes to help remediate mold damage in their basement.  Upon inspection our team discovered mold growing in nearly every room of the basement.  Due to the extent of the damage the homeowner was forced to have all drywall removed.  

As you can see from the photo's, the room looks significantly different without the finishing work.  If you look at the before photo you can see the growth on the drywall above the wainscoting.  Even if you cannot see the damage, recognize the signs and call SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes for any questions.
