Leaky Toilet Cause of Water Damage

A leaky toilet seal caused an area homeowner to have water damage in multiple areas of their home.  The leaky seal caused damage to the homeowners bathroom floor and the water had seeped down into the entry way of the home causing mold damage to the ceiling below the upstairs bathroom area.  Our team removed the leaky toilet, the damaged wood below the toilet mount, and the drywall on the ceiling below.  Our team is one of the only in the region that can not only help with the water damage but make the necessary repairs without having to wait on a separate contractor.
