In February we had water damage in the late evening. We called SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes and they came right over! We were very appreciative on how well their customer services was. This was our 1st time having to restore our basement family room and bedroom after flooding. Calling SERVPRO in Spencer was the best thing we did. They came as soon as the water stopped coming into our room and were very professional but friendly too. The young man, who came everyday, and kept a watch on the drying process was great. When the carpets were fully dried, the young ladies that removed all the fans and things were friendly. All in all the whole experience was much better because of the service we received from SERVPRO. I hope we never need those type of services again but when it comes time for carpet cleaning they will be my first call. Thanks everyone at the Spencer SERVPRO.
