I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Spencer SERVPRO. They provided same-day response to a frozen pipe burst and quickly mitigated damage while treating me like family and my things as if they were their own. Great team!!

SERVPRO fixed some water damage at my work back in Dec 2019. They did a wonderful job and were excellent at answering questions we had about things.

I have used SERVPRO for many years to clean carpets in my rentals as well as my own home and they have always done an excellent job, it is appreciated! January of 2019 I had a water line burst in a rental home. They came as soon as I called to clean up and also proceeded to handle the demolition and reconstruct all the damaged areas. Hired the subs for me as well. Also worked well with my insurance adjuster. It was as close to hands off as it could be. Did an excellent job and in a timely manner.

I really can't say enough good things about this company. My parents house had a pipe break in the kitchen which ruined the kitchen floor, cabinets, part of the ceiling collapsed in the basement, ruined carpet in basement & the list goes on. Unfortunately all this happened back in June when everyone else was having water damage also. It was a long process but I can't Thank Ryan, Lathe & the employees of SERVPRO & Boji Builders for getting the house back to square one!!

SERVPRO worked very hard to get all my carpet out of the basement they even got rid of an old sectional for me. Very happy with their quick service on my basement issue. Would have them back anytime I needed service.

We want to thank SERVPRO Spencer for taking such good care of us when our basement flooded last Spring. They were here right away to help us extract the water and then worked tirelessly to get us back up and running again. Their team of Mike and Matt were very professional and their attention to detail was much appreciated. We also hired them to replace our living room ceiling. Thankfully Mike and Matt did that job too and truly cared about each and every detail and it turned out beautifully. They were a joy to have around and we were extremely pleased with all aspects of the jobs they did for us. We would highly recommend SERVPRO of Spencer!

So my mother lives in Spencer. She had a water leak that caused water damage. So I did some research and told her to contact them. When I say they are the best I mean it! Professional, Proficient, Excellent service. I truly appreciate them for taking care of my mother. Thank you guys again! I told her to put their.number on speed dial for any damage caused by water again.

We called them when we had a pipe burst in our basement. They were very quick in responding. They had a very professional team come and take care of everything! We were so pleased with the entire process! They made a bad situation better!

We can not express how professional, quick to respond, and dedicated to "stay on schedule" SERVPRO of Spencer and Iowa Great Lakes were. Our hotel was ready to close for the season and wrap up a wonderful year, unfortunately, we experienced a main water break in our lower laundry area and our Executive Suite. It was devastating, had it not been for SERVPRO and their excellent team, we would not have had such a bad situation, turn into a positive experience. They worked diligently to get our establishment back into tip top shape. They met all our deadlines and went above and beyond to make sure we were ready for business, prior to our opening season. SERVPRO of Spencer and Iowa Great Lakes was there for our family immediately once we knew we had a problem. Our sewer backed up in our basement and it wasn’t noticed before it entered 5 rooms in our finished basement. We made a phone call to SERVPRO and they were able to come within hours of me calling!  They were able to get all the contaminated carpet out right away.  The smell was unbearable and once the carpet was removed the smell decreased tremendously.  I stress this because I suffer from chronic migraine.  Having a health issue where smells affect me tremendously, I cannot thank them enough for making the clean up process quick and easy on our family.  My husband and I have 2 kids, 3 dogs, and 2 cats and SERVPRO was able to adapt to our surroundings.  SERVPRO made sure our home was disinfected and ready before our rebuilding process began.  They took all my phone calls and responded to any question I had immediately.  Thank you for making this process easy.
